i’ll try to keep the text to a minimal :)
basically as a result of various self induced events, i’ve found myself with more time to domesticate myself.
so as part of my attempt at the apartment therapy january cure (ignore the month) i decided i would finally get around to organising our pantry. so after a visit to daiso for some plastic containers (love me some plastic containers!) and an afternoon apply the ‘ol elbow grease, i give you the results!
things have to get worse before they can get better:
level one: oils, spices and sauces
additional spice storage on fridge:
level one: things to make you feel better: alcohol and vitamins. also chopping boards
level two: grains, pasta, rice, ramen and furikake
level two: breakfast spreads, teas, sugars, nuts and flour
level three: canned and packet food stuffs
level three: baking aids, medicines and lesser used flours
level four: large cake pans
level four: bento boxes, bento accessories, potato ricer, cookie cutters, spoils from williams sonoma and other things i use infrequently
a full four hours of work but worth it! :D
